Eric J. Purchase Elected to PaAJ Board of Governors
ERIE, PA, July 12, 2010 — The Erie personal injury law firm of Purchase, George & Murphey, P.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Eric J. Purchase has been elected to serve on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaAJ). This is Mr. Purchase’s second term on the Board of Governors.
Formerly known as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the PaAJ is a statewide organization of lawyers and paralegals whose mission is to promote a fair and effective justice system – and to support attorneys as they work to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in Pennsylvania’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.
An Erie injury lawyer who focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and car accidents, Mr. Purchase stated, “The Pennsylvania Association for Justice is the only voice speaking for all Pennsylvania consumers in the Courts and in the Legislature.”
As a member of the Board of Governors, Mr. Purchase will continue with the PaAJ and with the Pennsylvania personal injury law firm of Purchase, George & Murphey, P.C., of which he is a founding partner, to use his personal injury knowledge and experience to help injured people and their families.
