Open Lewdness Withdrawn
In September 2013, a college student was arrested for open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and underage drinking following a party in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. At the preliminary hearing, Erie criminal defense attorney Tim George negotiated a resolution with the police which resulted in the misdemeanor and two summary offenses being withdrawn. The underage drinking allegation was resolved with ARD. As a result, the college student avoided a permanent criminal conviction on his record and also was not required to serve any probation. The case was resolved at his first court appearance.
