Warren County Pennsylvania Wrongful Death Car Accident In Triumph Township

August 31, 2011, WARREN COUNTY, PA — A Tidioute woman who was walking in the roadway in Triumph Township, Pennsylvania last Thursday died from injuries suffered in a Warren County pedestrian accident.* The woman, who had been walking in the 7200 block of Route 127 near 6 a.m. was struck by a 1999 Plymouth that was northbound on Route 127. The driver in the Warren County car accident, James Berkhous, 22 of West Hickory, reported that he failed to see the pedestrian.

The injured pedestrian was flown from the scene of the Pennsylvania crash to UPMC Hamot. She unfortunately succumbed to her injuries Monday evening.
