August 11, 2011, ERIE, PA — An emergency medical services vehicle and a Union City Ambulance were involved in a three car crash last night on Glenwood Park Avenue in Millcreek. The Pennsylvania car accident occurred as the two emergency vehicles were southbound on Glenwood Park Avenue and a third vehicle reportedly pulled in front of them from the parking lot of the Glenwood Towers at 4601 Glenwood Park Avenue.
The two emergency vehicles were transporting a patient from Union City to the hospital near 2:15 a.m. when the Erie car crash occurred. At least two people were subsequently transported to an Erie hospital for evaluation of their Pennsylvania auto accident injuries. The patient who was being transported was taken by separate ambulance to the hospital.
