October 21, 2012, Meadville, PA — A Conneaut Lake woman was killed Friday night when struck by two cars on Route 18 in a Crawford County car accident and investigators are looking for information about the driver of one of the two cars involved, according to recent reports.
Annabelle Knight, 89, was walking along Route 18 near 9:20 p.m. last night when a northbound 2001 Nissan Sentra driven by Vincent Kiser, 32, of Saegertown hit her. The impact threw her into the southbound lane where she was hit by a second car in the Crawford County car crash.
According to the most recent reports, Mr. Kiser stopped but the southbound driver in the Pennsylvania automobile accident did not. State police have indicated that no charges will be filed against Mr. Kiser in connection with the Meadville auto accident. They continue to seek information about the driver of the second vehicle involved in the Crawford County crash.
