Funds from the event benefit homeless children through the Attorney & Kids Together (AKT) program. The race provides more than 50% of all funding for AKT, which contributes to serving the educational needs of homeless children and youth living in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
The event will be held on April 30, 2011 beginning at 9 a.m. in front of the Erie County Courthouse, 140 West Sixth Street, Erie, PA. Registration is available on the day of the race beginning at 8 a.m. at the Perry Square Gazebo. Entry fees are $20 for adults and $10 for children age 12 and under.
