Pennsylvania Pedestrian Accident in Millcreek Likely to Result in Charges
A Millcreek pedestrian accident is likely to result in criminal charges being brought against a 30 year-old man who is suspected of driving under the influence.
The Millcreek car crash occurred Friday night when a 20-year old man was crossing West 38th Street at Andrea Court near 11 p.m. The pedestrian was struck by an eastbound car which then collided with several other vehicles. The driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. Police said charges have not yet been filed but they expect that charges are likely in the next several days.
The victim of this Pennsylvania pedestrian accident has not been identified. He was taken to UPMC Hamot and reported to be in serious condition. Our thoughts are with the Pennsylvania car crash victim and his family.
Greene Township Car Accident Injures 2
Two people were injured in in a one car rollover accident in Greene Township Saturday at about 7:20 p.m. The accident happened in front of 10221 Sampson Road when the driver of a 2000 Chevrolet Lumina lost control, struck an embankment and rolled over.
The driver of the Lumina was ejected and taken by helicopter to UPMC Hamot in Erie with injuries that police describe as moderate. Another pasenger, a 38-year old man, was also taken to Hamot for injuries that were reported as not life threatening. A third passenger, a 23-year old man, was reportedly not injured.
