The Erie bicycle accident happened near 7 p.m. as the bicyclist was headed west on West 10th Street. As the bicyclist crossed through the intersection, a southbound vehicle on Raspberry failed to stop and struck the bicyclist, throwing her onto the hood of the car and then onto the ground.
The bicyclist was taken by ambulance to Hamot Hospital with injuries that were reportedly non-life threatening.
